Bickerton Housing Scheme
Noble Homes engaged Northern Planners to prepare and submit an outline planning application for 21 dwellings (including 8 affordable homes) and a village shop in Bickerton, which was granted planning permission in September, 2018.
The site was outside development limits and as such Northern Planners prepared a robust case taking into account the Local Planning Authority’s housing land supply position and progress with their emerging Local Plan at that time.
Our success winning consent on this site led to an adjacent landowner appointing us to unlock the development potential of their land too.
