Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV)
We have the technical capabilities to produce ZTV/ZVI plans which help to demonstrate the extent of visibility of a development.
This process uses a combination of terrain data and elevation models. Northern Planners have provided ZTV/ZVI plans for a wide variety of developments across the country.
