Wellingborough. Industrial Estate
In summer 2021 were engaged to prepare and submit an outline planning application (all matters reserved) for a small-scale industrial estate of up to 9 units on land east of Wellingborough.
The application was submitted late 2021 and is due to be determined in Spring 2022.
